AmCham Tunisie Elects New Board Members
General Assembly Meeting Held on September 6, 2024
The elective general assembly of AmCham Tunisie convened on Friday, September 6, 2024, at the Concorde les Berges du Lac Hotel, under the presidency of Naceur Hidoussi, President of AmCham Tunisie.
Following the presentation and approval of the moral report and financial report, as well as the review of the audit report established by 4A Auditing, Advisory, Assistance & Accounting, the general assembly proceeded to elect the new members of the board.
An ad-hoc committee, chaired by Salah Hannachi, Founding Member of AmCham Tunis, was designated to conduct and supervise the elections.
In accordance with the chamber's statutes and internal regulations, the following individuals were elected:
