90 Social Housing Units Allocated to "Résidence Neapolis" in El Mrezga, Nabeul
On November 1, 2024, the Ministry of Housing awarded 90 social housing units to the "Résidence Neapolis" project, located in El Mrezga, Nabeul Governorate.
A State-Funded Project
This project is financed by the state budget, with a total cost of approximately 7.3 million dinars. It is part of the second phase of the Special Program for Social Housing (PSH), aiming to provide modern and accessible housing.
Modern and Accessible Housing
The residence consists of three six-story buildings with elevators, comprising 90 well-designed social housing units. Among these, 80 units have two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, with a surface area ranging from 70 to 75 square meters. The remaining 10 units offer a single bedroom with a reception hall, kitchen, and bathroom.
Strategic Location
The project is situated near all public facilities, ensuring easy access to essential services.
Energy Efficiency
In line with the Ministry of Housing's commitment to energy efficiency in collaboration with the National Agency for Energy Management (ANME), energy-saving lamps have been installed in this project.
