Talan Group Continues Expansion with Acquisition of British Firm Nine Feet Tall (9FT)
The international consulting group Talan is pursuing its expansion by acquiring the British company Nine Feet Tall (9FT), specializing in managing complex transformations, particularly in ERP and digital projects.
With 50 consultants based in London, Manchester, and Bath, 9FT has established itself in the British market by building solid partnerships with technology giants such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle.
The integration of 9FT will enable Talan to increase its intervention capabilities and client proximity in the UK, bringing its workforce to nearly 400 collaborators in this market.
This strategic move is part of a series of recent acquisitions, including those of Micropole and Coexya in France.
According to Mehdi Houas, President of the Talan Group, this acquisition confirms the group's intention to become a leading player in enterprise transformation in the British market, while strengthening its international development.
Present in 18 countries, Talan aims to reach a turnover of €850 million by the end of 2024, with the ambition to exceed €1 billion by 2026.
This operation, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024, remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
