Lebanon Added to FATF's Grey List, Placed Under Special Surveillance
The Lebanese Central Bank and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) spokespersons declined to comment immediately.
This addition to the grey list is expected to further discourage investments in Lebanon and may affect the relationships between certain Lebanese banks and the global financial system.
