Electronic Filing Becomes Mandatory for Tunisian National Business Register

As of July 1, 2026, the Tunisian National Business Register (RNE) will switch to 100% electronic filing. Paper files will no longer be accepted. To continue your procedures without interruption, you must obtain your digital identity now.

End of Physical Filing

The RNE is ending physical filing of documents. All procedures, including business creation, modification, and removal, must be done exclusively online through the RNE platform. The service will be available 24/7. Counters will remain open only for files submitted before July 1, 2026, and to support users during the transition.

Digital Identity Tools

Two tools are available depending on your profile:

  • If you are an individual, you must obtain the Mobile ID (Howiyet), an application linked to your national identity card number that provides access to administrative services remotely, available at www.mobile-id.tn.
  • If you are a legal entity, you must use DigiGo, the only identity recognition tool for businesses, which allows you to reliably prove your company's identity, accessible at www.tuntrust.tn.

Why Act Now?

The deadline is short. Obtaining a digital identity can take time depending on your situation. Any business or professional that does not have a digital identity by July 1, 2026, will not be able to submit files to the RNE, which may block critical legal or commercial operations. To access the procedures directly, scan the QR codes available on the RNE's official publications.
