New Address for the General Directorate of State Litigation
The central office of the General Directorate of State Litigation is changing its address. As of March 16, 2026, the service will be moving from 19 Avenue de Paris to a new location at 8, angle rue Ibn Nadim and rue 8003 (rue Chebbia), in Montplaisir, Tunis.
Important Notice
The Ministry of State Domains and Land Affairs reminds everyone that all correspondence, summonses, and notifications related to disputes must now be sent to this new address. Any approach made to the old address will not be considered valid, in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Code.
Tax and Notification Procedures
For taxes and duties, notifications will continue to be handled by the relevant financial services. Other legal entities, on the other hand, must use their official headquarters or the concerned branch. Article 11 also provides for a penalty of up to one year in prison for any attempt to fraudulently block the delivery of summonses or reports.
