Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company Informed of Competition Council's Decision

The Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company informs its shareholders that the Competition Council has rendered its decision, in the first instance, in the self-referral case that has been ongoing since 2017.

Decision and Penalty

By this decision, the Competition Council imposes a fine of TND 19,985,869,000 (nineteen million nine hundred eighty-five thousand eight hundred sixty-nine dinars) on the SFBT Group.

Next Steps

Following legal notification of this decision by the Competition Council, the company will appeal, which is a suspensive remedy.
