Financial Market Council Launches Educational Brochures on Responsible Finance and Clearing Houses

The Financial Market Council (CMF) has announced the online publication of two educational brochures on its official website, focusing on responsible finance and clearing houses, as part of its cooperation with the Financial Education Directorate (EDUCFI) of the Banque de France.

These documents, accessible via this link, are adapted to the Tunisian context and aim to better explain two fundamental concepts of current financial markets.

The first brochure addresses responsible finance, highlighting the importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria in investment decisions. The second brochure explains the role of clearing houses (or central counterparties) in securing financial transactions.

These contents are part of the "ABC of Economics" collection of the Banque de France, which the CMF is authorized to adapt and disseminate. This initiative is part of the Council's mission to promote financial education among a wide audience by offering accessible and quality educational tools.
