Accelerating Digital Transformation at the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work (Aneti)

In partnership with GO4Youth, supported by the EU4Youth program and funded by the European Union, the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work (Aneti) is accelerating its digital transformation. The goal is to provide better access to job offers. Aneti has an ambitious program to develop services for businesses and digital transformation as part of its 2030 vision. By then, partners will offer concrete support to young job seekers and businesses to improve their integration into the labor market.

Pilot Project: Dematerialization of Contracts

In 2024, six pilot employment offices of Aneti (Fouchana, Gafsa, Gabès, Le Kef, Hammam-Sousse, and La Charguia) began dematerializing the processing of professional life insertion contracts (CIVP). This project aims to optimize processes, improve online procedures, and offer new opportunities to job seekers through simple and faster access.

Innovative Matching Tool

And that's not all. Aneti will be the first in Africa to adopt a matching tool by 2025. Last September, it started integrating the ELISE matching solution. This innovative technology will connect job seekers' skills with available job offers and identify gaps to be filled. The project aims to facilitate young people's access to opportunities that match their qualifications. This is a significant step towards establishing the foundations for a significant modernization of employment services. In a country with 667,200 unemployed and 25% of higher education graduates without a job, these advances will have a real impact.
