International Environment Technology Center in Tunis Launches Competition for Innovative Ecological Projects
The International Environment Technology Center in Tunis (Citet) has launched a competition to finance innovative ecological projects in Tunisia, in collaboration with the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (Fades).
Eligibility
The competition is open to entrepreneurs, startups, organizations, and universities, whether governmental or non-governmental.
Financial Support
The amount of financial aid allocated to each project can vary from $5,000 to $60,000.
Project Themes
The targeted projects cover a range of themes, including:
- Clean energy
- Intelligent transportation
- Waste management and recycling
- Sustainable water resource management
- Urban reforestation
- Sustainable agriculture
- Ecotourism
- And others
Application Criteria
Interested candidates must ensure that their project meets the financing, sustainability, and environmental, social, and economic impact criteria. The center announces that proposals must be submitted before November 30, 2024.
