Tunisian Solidarity Bank Launches Online Platform for Debt Rescheduling
The Tunisian Solidarity Bank (BTS) has launched an electronic platform allowing certain clients to submit a request for debt rescheduling, in accordance with Article 70 of the 2026 Finance Law.
Eligibility Criteria
This exceptional measure applies to clients with unpaid claims to the bank dating back more than ten years, as of December 31, 2025. Eligible beneficiaries can now submit their request online via the official bank website or deposit it directly at the relevant BTS agency.
Application Review Process
The bank specifies that applications will be reviewed in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 70 of the 2026 Finance Law. Applicants will then be informed of the outcome of their application through usual communication channels.
Deadline for Submission
The BTS invites clients wishing to benefit from this debt rescheduling program to submit their application before December 31, 2026, which is the deadline set to take advantage of this operation.
