BH Bank Seeks Independent Administrator to Chair Risk Committee
The BH Bank is seeking an independent administrator to preside over its Risk Committee for the 2026-2028 term. Through this call for applications, the bank aims to strengthen its governance framework in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
Required Profile
The desired candidate profile is highly selective. Applicants must:
- Be of Tunisian nationality
- Have at least 10 years of experience in finance, auditing, law, IT, or risk management
- Demonstrate proven expertise in "risk management"
- Meet strict independence criteria, excluding:
- Former directors or recent employees of the bank
- Auditors who have audited the establishment
- Individuals with conflicts of interest
