AeTECH has officially extended the application window for candidates seeking positions on its Board of Directors. Initially set to close on July 31, 2026, the deadline for submitting candidatures has now been extended to August 31, 2026.

This extension applies to the following roles:

• The director representing minority shareholders for the 2025, 2026, and 2027 terms
• Positions for independent directors

The company confirmed that all other eligibility criteria, procedural requirements, and terms outlined in the original announcements—published on January 14, 2026 (for the minority shareholder representative) and March 9, 2026 (for independent directors)—remain unchanged.
