AeTECH Extends Deadline for Board of Directors Candidate Submissions by One Month

AeTECH has extended the deadline for submitting applications for positions on its Board of Directors by one month. Initially set for September 30, 2026, the new deadline is now October 30, 2026.

According to the Central Market of Finance (CMF), this extension applies to two separate procedures:

1. Appointment of a Minority Shareholder Representative: This process aims to designate a director representing minority shareholders for a term covering the 2025, 2026, and 2027 fiscal years.
2. Appointment of Independent Directors: This process concerns the designation of two independent directors.

The postponement affects only the timeline. All eligibility criteria and application procedures outlined in the initial notices remain unchanged.

• Candidates for the position of Minority Shareholder Representative should refer to the notice published on January 14, 2026.
• Candidates for Independent Director positions should refer to the notice published on March 9, 2026.

Applications must be submitted to AeTECH’s headquarters, located at: Z.I. Ariana Aéroport, 03 Rue des Métiers, Charguia II, 2035 Tunis Carthage

No later than October 30, 2026.
