National Agricultural Bank (BNA) Launches Call for Applications for Independent Administrator
The National Agricultural Bank (BNA) has launched a call for applications to designate an independent administrator to sit on the Board of Directors. This administrator will chair the Risk Committee for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must meet the conditions outlined in the terms of reference, which can be downloaded from the BNA website. Candidates must submit a complete application package, as incomplete applications will be rejected. The bank reserves the right to request additional documents from candidates, as stated in a press release published on the CMF.
Application Procedure
All relevant information can be found on the BNA website. Candidates must submit their applications in a sealed envelope, either by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, via Rapid-Post, or by depositing it directly at the BNA headquarters in Tunis, at the Central Order Office. The deadline for receipt is April 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM, with the postmark serving as proof. The envelope must be addressed to the President of the Board of Directors and bear the mandatory mention: "AC 02/2026 - Do not open - Call for applications for the designation of an independent administrator".
Selection Process
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will review the applications and draw up a list of shortlisted candidates. The Board of Directors will then select the final candidate, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities and the Ordinary General Assembly.
