ATI and Tunis Municipality Sign Cooperation and Partnership Agreement
The ATI and the Municipality of Tunis signed a cooperation and partnership agreement yesterday, during a meeting held at the municipality's headquarters in La Kasbah. This signature marks the launch of the "Elissa-GEC" project, aimed at implementing an electronic mail management solution.
This secure solution automates the management and distribution of all mail, capable of handling all flows within the organization (incoming, outgoing, internal, etc.), regardless of the channel (email, paper mail, forms, etc.).
Under this partnership, ATI will support the Municipality of Tunis in its digitalization efforts, focusing on information processing to improve citizen relationships and service quality.
As the largest municipality in the country, Tunis's 2024 budget amounts to 196,526 Mtnd, surpassing that of several ministries. However, like all local authorities, online services are limited. This is a crucial first step in a long process, which will also serve as a model for other municipalities with the financial resources to acquire such solutions.
