Our commitment will continue with the establishment of other laboratories in other regions of the country."
Partnership with the Ministry of Education
Skander Ghenia, General Manager of the National Center for Educational Technologies, emphasized the significant challenges facing the Ministry in developing infrastructure to keep pace with rapid technological transformations.
He praised ATB's initiative, which reinforces the Ministry's efforts in this area. "This laboratory will enable our students to access modern digital tools and prepare them for future challenges. ATB is playing a key role in the digital transformation of our education system, and we hope to continue this fruitful collaboration."
Impact on Education
Houda Chekir, Regional Delegate for Education in Bizerte, stated that this cooperation will have a positive impact on the evolution of teaching methods and the improvement of working conditions for educational staff. She emphasized that technology has become an essential element of the educational process, facilitating access to knowledge and improving the quality of education, while ensuring equal opportunities for all.
Background
This initiative is part of ATB's commitment to support the digitalization of schools across Tunisia, in accordance with the agreement signed in 2017 with the Ministry of Education. This project enables students, particularly in underserved regions, to access modern equipment and receive training adapted to the requirements of the digital world.
The new laboratory at Mohamed Ali Annabi High School in Ras Jebel is the third to be inaugurated this year, following those in Kef and Béja. This program has already equipped high schools and colleges in several governorates, including Nabeul, Kasserine, Siliana, and southern Tunisia, and will continue to expand its impact in the years to come.
By contributing to the modernization of Tunisia's education system, ATB reaffirms its role as a strategic partner of the Ministry of Education in improving access to education and technology for future generations.
