Administrative Court Launches "Elyssa" Electronic Messaging System to Boost Efficiency
As part of its efforts to modernize administrative services and promote digital transformation, the Administrative Court officially launched the "Elyssa" electronic messaging system yesterday, Monday, January 27, 2025, to manage correspondence and administrative documents. This first phase of the project focuses on the central management office, aiming to improve the efficiency of exchanges and accelerate administrative procedures.
The "Elyssa" system is part of the Administrative Court's overall strategy to optimize its performance and strengthen electronic governance. This initiative will enable the rationalization of mail management and facilitate file tracking, while reducing processing times.
Ultimately, the system will be extended to all management offices of the Administrative Court, covering all departments to ensure complete integration of administrative processes. Once the final phase of the project is completed, "Elyssa" will offer magistrates and agents a range of remote administrative services, contributing to improved service quality while saving time and effort.
