TAP Air Portugal Launches First Flight from Lisbon to Enfidha-Hammamet Airport
On Friday, June 27, at 02:25 local time, Enfidha-Hammamet Airport welcomed the first flight of Portuguese national carrier TAP Air Portugal, arriving from Lisbon.
This inaugural flight, operated on an Airbus A320 with a capacity of 180 seats, marks the opening of a new air link between Portugal and Tunisia. From June 26 to September 19, 2025, TAP Air Portugal will offer two weekly flights between Lisbon and Enfidha-Hammamet, strengthening tourist, cultural, and economic ties between the two countries.
To celebrate this major event, a welcome ceremony was held at Enfidha-Hammamet Airport. This inaugural flight is part of the shared goal of TAP Air Portugal and Enfidha-Hammamet Airport to develop new international connections, while reinforcing Tunisia's position as a top Mediterranean destination.
