Tozeur Shines Through the Eyes of Its Youth
The Tozeur Youth Complex and the Young Economic Chamber have launched a project titled "Tozeur Through the Eyes of Its Youth" on Sunday. This initiative aims to promote the tourist, cultural, and archaeological sites of the governorate. Spanning until 2028, the project includes a range of activities for young people, including visits to iconic sites in the region, according to Hajer Boughanmi, the complex's animator.
Boughanmi emphasized that the goal is to make Tozeur shine both nationally and internationally. The focus will be on the region's cultural richness and material and intangible heritage. The project will include capturing cultural and tourist events, as well as highlighting local specificities in areas such as agriculture, health, sports, and the environment. The initiative also aims to shed light on regional intellectual figures, including writers, poets, and historians.
The project team will produce audiovisual content, documentaries, and short films, created by young people aged 18 to 35. These participants will benefit from training in photographic techniques, digital content creation, and video editing. The produced content will be shared on dedicated pages created on popular social media platforms among young people.
This project is an excellent opportunity for Tozeur's youth to express their creativity and showcase their region's hidden gems to a wider audience.
