First Business Coaching Club (CBC) Launched in Tunisia

The first Business Coaching Club (CBC) was officially launched on Monday, July 7, at the Espace Entreprendre in Ariana.

A Partnership for Entrepreneurial Development

This project is part of the ACJEMP program (Accompaniment and Coaching of Young People for the Reinforcement of their Employability), a partnership between the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work (ANETI) under the Ministry of Employment and Independent Work, and the International Labour Organization (ILO).

A Space for Exchange and Development for Entrepreneurs

The CBC is an unprecedented initiative in Tunisia's national system of support for private initiative. Designed for entrepreneurs who have been established for at least one year, this club aims to reinforce the sustainability of projects by creating a space for meeting, exchange, training, and coaching. The idea is to promote collective accompaniment based on integration and cooperation between entrepreneurs.

Activities Planned at the Club

  • Regular meetings: afterworks, sports and cultural activities, speed meetings
  • Individual and collective coaching sessions
  • Visits to partner companies and organizations to reinforce capacities
  • Thematic days focusing on key topics related to entrepreneurship
