African Business Angel Network and SAIS Launch Applications for Climate-Smart Agriculture Angel Network Cohort

The African Business Angel Network (ABAN) and the Scaling Digital Agriculture Innovations through Startups (SAIS) program are launching applications for the Climate-Smart Agriculture Angel Network cohort.

ABAN, the largest pan-African organization of angel investors, and SAIS, a project of the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, are offering an acceleration and investment preparation program for agri-tech and climate-tech entrepreneurs.

Applications are now open for the first cohort of the Climate-Smart Agriculture Angel Network, which is seeking individuals passionate about developing angel investment in Africa and shaping the future of climate-resilient agriculture.

The program aims to recruit angel investors and provide them with tailored tools, training, and support to maximize their impact. Activities include training, networking, project presentations, and technical assistance. Applications are open until December 20th.
