DMO Djerba and Demo Dahar Announce the Launch of the South Tourism Lab - Rencontres du Sud
The Destination Management Organisation (DMO) Djerba and Demo Dahar are thrilled to announce the launch of the South Tourism Lab - Rencontres du Sud, taking place on May 30-31, 2025, at the Zarzis Technological Park, with the support of the Swiss Cooperation (SECO).
Objective
This event aims to bring together tourism professionals, artificial intelligence experts, academics, students, and local actors to collectively reflect on the future of tourism in southern Tunisia.
Program
The South Tourism Lab will offer:
- A plenary conference
- Immersive workshops
- A creative session around Minecraft for young talents
- Feedback on the use of technologies in territorial development
