According to the latest World Tourism Barometer from the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), Africa welcomed 81 million international visitors in 2025, recording an 8% growth compared to the previous year, one of the strongest in the world.

This progress is particularly driven by North Africa, with an 11% increase in arrivals, and countries such as Morocco, Egypt, South Africa, Seychelles, and Tunisia, which are showcasing remarkable performances. Morocco, the largest African destination, recorded a 14% increase in arrivals, nearing 20 million visitors.
