Tunisian Minister Reveals 910 Italian Companies Operating in Tunisia
During her participation in the inaugural meeting of the World Fusion Energy Group (WFEG) in Rome, Tunisian Minister of Industry, Mines, and Energy, Fatma Thabet Chiboub, revealed that 910 Italian companies are currently operating in Tunisia. This figure highlights the importance of Italian investments, particularly in the energy sector, where Italy ranks as the top foreign investor in Tunisia.
Italian Investments in Industry and Energy
In the industrial sector, 370 Italian companies are active, employing nearly 57,000 people. The minister stated that this consolidates the economic ties between the two countries.

According to the minister, this figure has been increasing over time, further solidifying Tunisia's position as an attractive hub for foreign investments.
