Tunisia Ranks 5th in Africa and 74th Globally in Terms of Education Quality and Access
According to the ranking by The African Exponent, a platform specializing in economic analysis and continental rankings, Tunisia has secured the 5th position in Africa and 74th globally in terms of education quality and access.
In the same African ranking, Egypt takes the lead, thanks to its modernized education system and significant public investments. Morocco follows closely, ranking 55th globally, driven by its continuous pedagogical reforms and strategic bilingualism.
Kenya and Ghana come next, distinguishing themselves with their adoption of skill-based curricula and digital technologies, as well as free education policies and a new pedagogical framework focused on creativity.
The top 10 is completed by Algeria, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, and Ethiopia, each progressing at their own pace with targeted initiatives to improve educational quality.
