Targeting Digital Platforms

Several digital platforms were targeted to increase Tunisia's visibility among travelers, particularly young people and independent tourists. Discussions took place with Xiaohongshu, as well as online travel agencies such as Trip.com Group, Fliggy, and Tongcheng Travel.

Developing New Promotional Campaigns

The meetings also focused on developing new promotional campaigns and adapting Tunisia's tourism offerings to digital tourism trends.

New Tourism Circuits and Air Connectivity

Chinese tour operators were met to explore the establishment of new tourist circuits to Tunisia, covering various segments such as cultural, desert, beach, business, and luxury tourism. The issue of air connectivity was also addressed with Spring Airlines to facilitate travel between the two countries.

Strengthening Tunisia's Presence in the Chinese Market

This mission is part of a broader strategy to strengthen Tunisia's presence in the Chinese tourist market and diversify its international partnerships. By attending ITB China 2026, Tunisia aims to increase its visibility and attract more Chinese tourists to the country.
