Ministry of Employment and Professional Training Meets with Ministry of Transport to Discuss Key Projects
During a meeting, representatives from the Ministry of Employment and Professional Training met with members of the Ministry of Transport to discuss several key points, including a project to revise the legal framework for concession contracts, which is essential for the proper functioning of transport companies.
It was also agreed to establish a regional contact point to facilitate direct communication with local and regional enterprises in the transport sector. Two contact points will be designated within the Directorate of Land Transport Organization to ensure effective follow-up.
Finally, a joint working committee between the Ministries of Employment and Professional Training and Transport will be created. This committee will be responsible for monitoring the entry of local and regional community enterprises into the operational phase.
These initiatives aim to improve the business environment for transport companies in Tunisia by fostering close collaboration between different ministries and sector stakeholders.
