According to the latest data from the World Population Review, Tunisia stands out among African countries in terms of human development, behind Seychelles, Mauritius, and Algeria. With a Human Development Index (HDI) above 0.7, Tunisia is classified as a country with high human development.

The Human Development Index, which combines health, education, and standard of living, ranks Tunisia 4th in Africa with a score of 0.746 and an average income per capita of $3,900. This performance highlights the country's ongoing efforts in the education, health, and living conditions sectors, despite recent economic challenges.
