Temporary Disruption of TGM Line in Tunis
The Tunis Transportation Company (Transtu) has announced a temporary disruption of traffic on the TGM line, connecting Tunis to La Marsa, from April 29 to May 3, 2026.
Reason for Disruption
This measure is due to ongoing work on the railway infrastructure, aimed at upgrading certain facilities and improving traffic conditions on this strategic line.
Details of Disruption
- Trains will continue to run normally between La Goulette and La Marsa.
- The section connecting Tunis Marine to La Goulette will be temporarily interrupted.
Alternative Transportation
To compensate for this suspension, buses will take over on this section, with additional support provided by the regular line 347 to facilitate passenger transportation.
Schedules
- The first departures are scheduled for 6:00 AM from La Goulette and 6:30 AM from Tunis Marine.
Objective
Through these adjustments, Transtu aims to permanently improve its network and offer a more reliable service to users.
