Tunisian Automobile Company (STA) Entrusts Shareholder Registry Management to Union Capital
The Tunisian Automobile Company (STA) has announced to its shareholders and the general public that it has entrusted the management of its shareholder registry to Union Capital.
It is worth noting that this decision is part of the provisions of Article 2 of Decree No. 2001-2728 of November 20, 2001, which governs the conditions for registering securities and approved intermediaries for maintaining securities accounts.
The registry management concerns all of STA's securities, including old shares, new free shares, newly subscribed shares, and the rights attached to them.
