STA Reveals Impressive Q2 Figures Under New Ownership
The STA has released its first quarterly figures under the new ownership of Kilani Holding, and the results are nothing short of impressive.
Revenue Soars
The company's quarterly revenue reached 58,243 MTND, a significant increase from 34,374 MTND during the same period in 2024. This brings the annual sales to 73,557 MTND, representing a 45.8% year-over-year growth.
Market Share and Sales
As of the end of the first half of 2025, the STA has recorded 1,566 registrations (988 as of June 30, 2024), a 58.5% increase. The company's market share now stands at 6.9% (4.8% as of June 30, 2024).
Expansion and Growth
During the second quarter, the STA added a new point of sale, bringing the total sales area to 54,802 m2. The company's workforce has also grown to 77 employees, with a total payroll of 1,065 MTND.
Gross Margin and Profitability
The gross margin on cost of goods sold reached 8,873 MTND, a 59.3% year-over-year improvement. As a percentage, this margin stands at 12.06%, up from 11.04% last year, indicating a significant increase in profitability.
Financial Performance
Net financial expenses totaled 0,701 MTND for the first six months of the year, a 16.3% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. Investment products remained stable at 0,117 MTND.
Cash Position
The company's cash position stands at -16,795 MTND, partly due to the distribution of a generous dividend on June 25, 2025. Despite this, the indicators point to an excellent result for the first half of 2025. While it's too early to judge the quality of the entire year, there is no indication of a slowdown.
Overall, the STA's Q2 figures under Kilani Holding's ownership are a promising sign of things to come.
