Tunisian Wholesale Markets Company Distributes Dividends to Shareholders
The Tunisian Wholesale Markets Company (Sotumag) recently announced that its ordinary general assembly, held on June 4, 2025, has decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders for the 2024 fiscal year.
The dividend value has been set at 0.480 Tunisian dinars per share, representing a total amount of approximately 6,336,000 Tunisian dinars.
"Dividends will be paid out starting from June 20, 2025, through stock exchange intermediaries and depositary account holders," stated Sotumag in a note published on the Tunis Stock Exchange website.
It is worth noting that the company recorded a net profit of 7,058,806 Tunisian dinars during the 2024 fiscal year.
