Sotipapier Launches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative
The Tunisian Industrial Company for Paper and Cardboard (Sotipapier) has announced, in a statement published on the CMF website, the launch of a call for applications for the designation of an administrator representing minority shareholders on its board of directors.
Application Submission
Application files must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the company's headquarters, located at 13, rue Ibn Abi Dhiaf, Zone Industrielle Saint Gobain, Mégrine Riadh (Ben Arous), by registered mail or by any other means leaving a written record, and no later than April 17, 2026.
Selection Process
The selection of the candidate will be done through an election at a General Elective Assembly dedicated to minority shareholders, the date of which will be communicated later. This appointment must then be ratified by the Ordinary General Assembly ruling on the 2025 financial year.
Application Review
After the application submission period, the nomination committee will review the conformity of the files before submitting a preliminary list of selected candidates for review to the Financial Market Council (CMF). Any incomplete or late application will be automatically rejected.
