National Water Distribution Company Announces Changes to Payment Methods
The National Water Distribution Company informs its customers, through a statement published on social networks, that as of Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at noon, currently circulating checks will no longer be accepted for bill payments until new forms are available, in accordance with the new legal procedures, as per Law No. 41 of 2024 amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Commercial Code.
In the meantime, customers can settle their bills using the following payment methods:
- Directly at one of the company's territories or at a Tunisian Post agency
- On the company's website: www.portail.sonede.com.tn
- Through the Tunisian Post's D17 mobile application
- On the Paysmart platform (bank card, e-wallet, electronic transfer)
- Automatic debit or bank/postal transfer
