Tunisian Automobile Company (STA) to Distribute Global Dividend of 4.08 Million Dinars
The Tunisian Automobile Company (STA) announced that its Board of Directors has decided to propose a global dividend distribution of 08 million dinars to the Ordinary General Assembly. Specifically, each shareholder will receive a dividend of 2.040 dinars per share.
This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 19, 2025. The proposal will be submitted for approval by the shareholders at the Ordinary General Assembly. If validated, it will enable shareholders to benefit from a return on their investments.
