FIPA-Tunisia Hosts French Company Armatures Savoyardes to Foster Responsible and Innovative Investments

As part of its strategy to attract responsible and innovative investments, FIPA-Tunisia organized a two-day working visit on January 29-30, 2025, for the leaders of French company Armatures Savoyardes, specialized in custom-made armature manufacturing. This initiative is part of a broader effort to mobilize the Tunisian diaspora and reinforce the country's positioning as an industrial hub between Europe and Africa.

During the visit, Adel El Meezi and Chokri Dahech, respectively responsible for the Savoie-based company, expressed their interest in setting up a production unit in Tunisia. The unit aims to provide customized armatures, primarily targeting new European and African markets. The representatives highlighted Tunisia's attractiveness, particularly its competitiveness in terms of costs, qualified workforce, and geostrategic position.

Accompanied by Jalel Tebib, General Director of FIPA-Tunisia, the leaders attended meetings with key local stakeholders. Tebib emphasized the agency's role in supporting businesses, highlighting "a favorable business climate, adapted financial incentives, and recognized Tunisian expertise, particularly in industrial sectors." He also stressed FIPA's commitment to supporting structuring projects that generate employment and integrate innovative technologies.
