The company Electrostar has been declared bankrupt by the Ben Arous Court of First Instance on July 15, 2024. This decision means that the company is no longer able to pay its debts and is now undergoing judicial liquidation.
The court has rendered a judgment stating that Electrostar, registered under number 0026644V in the National Register of Enterprises, cannot benefit from a judicial restructuring plan. This decision was motivated by the company's inability to settle its debts since July 6, 2023.
It is also worth noting that, at the request of the Financial Market Council, the listing of "Electrostar" shares has been suspended as of July 23, 2024.
