Launch of National Call for Tenders for 59 New Buses
The Sahel Transport Company announced on Thursday, October 2, 2025, the launch of a national call for tenders for the acquisition of 59 new buses. This project is part of the state's strategy to strengthen public collective transportation, particularly in the regions. The investment provides for the purchase of:
- 50 classic urban buses for daily transportation
- 9 interurban comfort buses The new vehicles will be distributed among the three governorates of the Sahel - Sousse, Monastir, and Mahdia - according to priorities and taking into account the principle of equity between areas. The call for tenders has been published on the TUNEPS national public procurement platform.
