Cellcom Launches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative on its Board of Directors
Cellcom has launched a call for applications for the designation of a representative of minority shareholders on its Board of Directors.
Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for this position, candidates must:
- Enjoy their civil rights
- Hold an individual stake in Cellcom's capital not exceeding 0.5%
- Hold at least a master's degree (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the fields of telecommunications or distribution.
Application Procedure Application files must be sent in an envelope labeled with the name of the President of the Board of Directors of Cellcom and marked: "Do not open / Call for applications for the position of minority shareholder representative". Applications can be submitted in person, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or by rapid post to:
Cellcom, 25 Rue de l'Artisanat Charguia II - 2080 Tunis.
The postmark of the mailroom will serve as proof.
