CDC Gestion, a securities portfolio management company, has announced a modification of its shareholding structure following a capital increase in cash. This operation, which does not result in a change of control of the company, involves the issuance of 5 new shares with a nominal value of 10 dinars each, reserved for five individual persons.
This decision is made within the legal framework of collective investment institutions, in accordance with the Collective Investment Code, promulgated by Law No. 2001-83 of July 24, 2001, and reinforced by Law No. 2005-96 of October 18, 2005, on the security of financial relations. The company is approved by the Financial Market Council (CMF) under number 26-2013 since July 3, 2013.
New Shareholding Structure
After this operation, the distribution of CDC Gestion's capital is as follows:
- CDC: 29,427 shares, worth 294,270 dinars, representing 58.85% of the capital.
- IMBANK: 19,368 shares, worth 193,680 dinars, representing 38.73%.
- Actionstream Consulting: 1,202 shares, worth 12,020 dinars, representing 2.40%.
- Five individual persons - Amel El Medini, Jamelleddine Ben Hadj Abdallah, Hichem Ben Fadhl, Nejia Gharbi, Karim Bououni, Nasreddine Dekhli, and Abedarrahmane Hadj Nacer, as well as Luciano Borin - each hold 1 share of 10 dinars, representing 0.002% of the capital each.
The company's total capital now stands at 500,050 dinars, divided into 50,005 shares.
