Call for Applications: Minority Shareholder Representative on the Board of Directors of the Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company (SFBT)
The Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company (SFBT) is opening its doors to applications for the position of Administrator representing minority shareholders on its Board of Directors for a 3-year term covering the fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, individual shareholders must hold a maximum of 0.5% of the company's capital, equivalent to up to 1,340,625 shares.
Application Procedure
Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the President of the SFBT Board of Directors, with the mention: "Not to be opened - Call for applications for the position of Administrator representing minority shareholders on the SFBT Board of Directors". The envelope can be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or deposited directly at the company's headquarters, located at 5, Boulevard Mohamed El Béji Caïd Essebsi - Centre Urbain Nord - 1082 Tunis, from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Deadline and Evaluation Process
The deadline for receipt of applications is Monday, January 26, 2026, at 1:00 pm (the stamp of the reception office is proof). The company reserves the right to refuse any incomplete or late application. Once the application period is closed, an internal committee of the SFBT will review the applications. After evaluation, the list of eligible candidates will be submitted to the Financial Market Council for review. Minority shareholders will then be convened to an elective assembly within a maximum of 10 days. The notice of convocation will be published on the Official Bulletin of the CMF and on the BVMT website, at least 21 days before the assembly.
