SFBT Publishes 2nd Quarter 2024 Results, Reports 3% Revenue Growth
The Tunisian Beverage Manufacturing Company (SFBT) has released its results for the 2nd quarter of 2024, showcasing a revenue of 367 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd) for the semester, marking a 3% increase in its turnover.
Local Market Performance
The local market sales of tax-free carbonated beverages have surged by 12.82%, reaching 62 Mtnd. Meanwhile, beer sales have seen a significant growth of 14.17%, amounting to 156 Mtnd.
Export Performance
Exports of carbonated beverages have experienced a 5.44% increase, totaling 7,398,645 dinars. However, beer exports have declined by 30.49%, dropping to 1 Mtnd.
Sales and Production Trends
Carbonated beverage sales have slightly decreased by 0.03%, while beer sales have risen by 8.71%. The production of carbonated beverages has increased by approximately 3%, and beer production has seen a notable growth of 12.06%, reaching 463,658 liters compared to 413,773 liters in the previous year.
Investments
The company has invested 13 Mtnd during this period, primarily focusing on the acquisition of packaging materials, such as crates and bottles, to enhance its operations.
