Tunisian Post Office Urges Savings Account Holders to Check for Manual Errors
The Tunisian Post Office is calling on savings account holders to verify whether withdrawal or deposit operations recorded on their passbook were entered by computer and not added by hand.
This clarification comes as some customers have noticed inconsistencies in manual entries, which may affect the accuracy of their balances. The goal is to encourage them to compare the visible entries on their savings book with those digitally recorded, to ensure their accuracy.
Furthermore, the Tunisian Post Office informs that it has connected all its branches to an integrated computer system. This interconnection aims to improve the quality of services provided to its customers, particularly those related to postal savings.
