National Post Office Launches Tender for Alarm System Maintenance
The National Post Office, through its Central Procurement Unit, is launching a call for tenders for the preventive and corrective maintenance of anti-intrusion alarm systems in its premises.
This one-year contract, renewable for an additional year, is divided into five lots, with a bank guarantee ranging from 5,000 to 7,800 dinars depending on the lot.
Bidders can participate in one or multiple lots. Offers must be sent or deposited before January 28, 2025, at 14:30.
Note that the bid opening will take place at 15:00 on the same day at the National Post Office headquarters in Tunis.
Candidates must provide a technical offer, financial offer, and complete administrative documents, including the bank guarantee and an extract from the business registry. Offers will be evaluated according to a detailed methodology outlined in the tender document.
