Launch of the New Version of the Tuneps Public Procurement Platform
The High Commission for Public Procurement has announced that as of today, December 26, 2025, at 8:00 PM, the new version of the Tuneps online public procurement platform will be launched.
Temporary Unavailability
Consequently, the platform will be temporarily unavailable this Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. All suppliers and public buyers are requested to take the necessary arrangements. Public buyers can, if needed, reschedule in advance the calls for tenders or consultations with a deadline set for Friday, December 26, starting from 3:00 PM and Saturday, December 27, 2025.
Practical Aspects
From a practical standpoint, system users must download the local server in its new version via the link: https://www.tuneps.tn/api2/gateway/dowloadLocalServer?fileName=TUNEPS.exe
- The maximum file size for uploaded bid files for calls for tenders published from December 26, 2025, is 300 megabytes.
- The file size for attachments for consultations remains 70 megabytes.
New Features and Improvements
The new version of the Tuneps platform aims to improve the quality of services through the use of modern technologies, including the development of a new encryption system and the addition of the possibility of accessing the platform via the DIGIGO electronic signature certificate, while maintaining access via electronic signature and preserving the same user experience in terms of interface and navigation methods.
