MAE Assurances Proudly Announces the Second Edition of "MutualHack" Hackathon
The second edition of the "MutualHack" hackathon took place on May 2-3, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Tunis hotel, bringing together 50 students from various regions of Tunisia.
Under the theme "Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Things (AI & IoT) at the Heart of the Adherent Experience," this edition confirms MAE Assurances' commitment to technological innovation and continuous improvement of the customer experience.
The MutualHack by MAE Assurances aims to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit and encourage young talents to design innovative technological solutions to enrich the experience of adherents.
Participants worked in teams to imagine and develop projects integrating new technologies to transform and improve services to adherents in the insurance sector.
Throughout the event, students benefited from:
- Practical workshops led by experts
- Personalized mentoring sessions
- Networking opportunities with professionals from the insurance and innovative technologies sectors Information sessions were also organized in advance in 10 Tunisian regions, including Bizerte, Nabeul, Béja, Jendouba, Sfax, Sousse, Mestir, Kasserine, Tozeur, and others.
At the end of the hackathon, three prizes were awarded to the teams that proposed the most promising solutions:
1st prize: Project Deepmind: A health and wellness-focused HR platform that reduces stress in the workplace using artificial intelligence 2nd prize: Project Equipe AI Device: "Sghayratna": Intelligent tools for education! 3rd prize: Git Commits: "Guidini" - a solution that reinvents insurance using artificial intelligence.
To prolong the impact of this initiative, MAE Assurances will accompany the winning teams through a three-month incubation program to develop and accelerate their projects.
