Agile Belgium Day Crosses Borders: A New Era for Agility in Tunisia
After 15 successful editions in Belgium, the Agile Belgium Day is taking a major leap: it's going international for the first time, and Tunisia is the chosen destination. Hammamet will host this exciting event on October 23-24, 2025, in a setting conducive to innovation and reflection.
This 16th edition is more than just a meeting; it symbolizes the anchoring of agility in the Tunisian context and paves the way for a sustainable transformation of organizations. It also follows the commitment of Belgian citizens of Tunisian origin, such as Hajer Trabelsi, who are working to strengthen innovation and development in Tunisia.
A Turning Point for Agility in Tunisia
Since its creation, the Agile Belgium Day has established itself as a flagship event for organizational transformation in Europe. The 15th edition, held in Liège in May 2025, brought together over 500 participants and honored three Tunisian experts, confirming the growing interest in agile practices in Tunisia. The 16th edition is set to become a founding event, designed to trigger a local agile dynamic, with adapted content, high-level speakers, and concrete experiences.
It's worth noting that Hajer Trabelsi, a Tunisian-Belgian professional, is the driving force behind this pioneering project. Her goal is to transmit to Tunisian professionals the tools that transformed her career, in collaboration with Pyxis Belgium. According to her, "this project is more than just an event. It represents years of effort, learning, and transmission. This 16th edition is a gift to Tunisia, and a starting point for a profound transformation of our ways of collaborating and deciding."
Participating in this edition offers the opportunity to experience a major international event for the first time in Tunisia, and to meet Belgian, Tunisian, and international experts. Participants will be able to draw inspiration from concrete experiences, discover powerful tools to transform their work methods, join a emerging Tunisian agile community, and benefit from ongoing support after the event, including workshops, training, and coaching.
