Context

This meeting takes place against the backdrop of an economic crisis that has been affecting the country in recent years, with an unemployment rate of 16.4% in the fourth quarter of 2023. Among young people aged 15-24, the unemployment rate reaches 39.1% in the third quarter of 2023. These factors have driven many of them to leave the country.
