UBCI Bourse Announces Merger with Union Capital
The brokerage firm "UBCI Bourse" informs its clients and the public that the merger by absorption of the company by the brokerage firm "Union Capital", initially named "COFIB Capital Finances", which received the approval of the Financial Market Council on December 21, 2023, will be finalized as of September 19, 2024.
As a result, the portfolios of UBCI Bourse clients will be automatically transferred to Union Capital under the same operating conditions and tariffs agreed upon, and all brokerage operations will cease at UBCI Bourse.
